The Kansas City DX Club is proud to once again host the CW Pileup Competition on Saturday from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. at the Hope Hotel, 10823 Chidlaw Rd A, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Fame and prizes will be bestowed on the winners, while all participants embrace one of ham radio’s foundational values.
Among the prizes to be awarded this year: an IC- 705 from ICOM, a Stick 230 from Rig Expert, a Princeton Dipole from Associated Radio and a $100 gift certificate from ABR Industries.
For eyeball QSOs, come see us nightly at the Contest Super Suite at the Hope Hotel beginning Thursday at 7 p.m., where, along with the Mad River Radio Club, the Frankford Radio Club and the North Coast Contesters, we’ll be rekindling old friendships and making new friends.
