The Kansas City DX Club (the “Club“) periodically provides financial grants to DXexpeditions that generate world-wide interest and are activating the top 100 DXCC entities ranked by clublog.org.

Applications are accepted via this webpage should be made prior to the start of the DXpedition. Information provided in the application will be used only to evaluate your grant request. All applications will be forwarded to the DXpedition Funding Committee (the “Committee“) members for review.
 
The Committee will consider funding DXpeditions and their respective organizations who meet the criteria. The decision to fund or not fund as well as the financial level of support is at the sole discretion of the Club.

Should your organization be selected to receive a grant, you or your organization agrees to:

1. Publish a clear and concise process, that is publicly available (e.g. website, press release, etc.), describing the process to obtain a QSL card.
2. Upload all QSO data to the ARRL Logbook of the World within 6 months of completion of the DXpedition.
3. Display and/ or include the Club logo on the DXpedition’s QSL card, website and any created multimedia content.

By submitting this application I agree on behalf of the entire DXpedition that the Club shall have no responsibility for, and no liability arising from any activity that results from the funding of this application.

Upon approval of the application, I agree on behalf of the entire DXpedition, to indemnify and hold harmless the Club for any claims arising from such activity.
